🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Activation
Once the Girvi Management Software is successfully activated and credentials are issued, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Before Activation
If the payment has been made but the software has not yet been activated, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of payment. Refunds in such cases are subject to approval and processing charges may apply.
3. Technical Issues
If you encounter technical difficulties, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact us before considering any cancellation or dispute.
4. Exceptional Cases
Any refund granted as an exception will be solely at the discretion of the management and will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Bank or gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Subscription Renewal Cancellations
If you have opted for annual maintenance renewal after the initial validity, you may cancel future renewals by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued once the renewal is processed.
